Drupal on the Leading Edge of the Open & Social Web

In last month's Google I/O 2010 conference in San Francisco, Chris Messina gave a presentation on the Open and Social Web, and the developments taking place to enable and facilitate the vision of the social web. You will find his presentation below. It is a bit long, but quite informative and interesting.

As I watched this, I noted that Drupal is, in fact, keeping pace with the latest developments associated with each of the distinctive technologies, such as OpenID, PubSubHubHub and Activity Stream. These tools enable Drupal sites to seamlessly connect and share across an extensive network of social media applications, like Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, De.licio.us and more.
